Play City

It’s clean (to me too clean smelling. Smells like bleach pretty strong, made it so I wanted to leave after only an hour or so bc my nose and throat were hurting). But I am sensitive to smells, seems like no one else noticed the smell. Decent play area. Mostly just plastic toys and climbing structures. No like unique custom built toys or kitchens to use. I’ve been to some really cool children’s museums that felt more genuine and uniquely built. This felt more like a department store toy box. But it’s fine for a few hours of play. Before I arrived I was going to do the monthly $75 unlimited play but decided one day was enough. Felt like most area looked cool from pictures but then you get there and pretty empty in actuality. Some areas have more to do than others. The under 18 mo zone was nicely stocked with toys.

We celebrated my daughter’s first birthday at Play City, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The kids had an amazing time, and it was a great place to gather with friends and family. The only issue we encountered was that it was quite warm inside, as the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working well, which made it uncomfortable for both children and adults. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we truly appreciated the fun and welcoming environment.

This place is incredible! The kids had a great time and there was plenty to do. I love how places like this don't charge for adults since we just sit and scroll on our phones. I also love how much seating and cubbies there are. Plenty of tables and couches for adults to relax in. They have a separate area for toddlers and younger which is nice. The play areas were clean and hand sanitizer stations were scattered throughout.

Just had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party there and the staff were so sweet! The girls continuously made sure we were okay or needed any help. The young man who was there for clean up was also very sweet, all we had to do was take home what we wanted and he took care of the rest! I will say last time we were there they had a section for smaller babies and now they’ve put in some other stuff in that area. NOT A BAD THING but something to note if you have smaller babies. But overall my daughter and friends had an amazing time and the staff made us feel very welcomed! We will be back for my oldest birthday party I also want to add that the popsicles are so good and those yellow and red slides in the play area are crazy! But crazy good! My daughters loved them

My Daughter loves this place. The place is clean and well looked after. An excellent alternative to most public parks. The prices are decent, we went with the membership and we have used it to the fullest. They have a small snack bar with coffee, water, Gatorade, chips, popsicles, and they have a really cool cotton candy machine that makes different designs. The only time is has been "crowded" was on a saturday when a birthday was going on. Outside of that there was maybe a dozen kiddos running around. The employees are very attentive and quick to help out. Random note, there is a tesla supercharging station in the complex. Don't forget your grippy socks!

Place is awesome for kids! Very clean and the team members are great! The party area was so cute!

I love how spacious the play ground is! They have space for toddlers like my girl so you don’t have to worry about big kids getting mix with your small ones. I love that they also serve coffee and snacks. We are visiting from Guam and my daughter really enjoyed her time here. We’ll come back on our next visit.ooh they also offer Military discount which makes her entrance cheaper as $22.50. Thank you playcity for a great experience!

A Lifesaver for Parents of Energetic Toddlers! We’ve been coming to PlayCity Chula Vista for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve invested in for my 3-year-old. I’ve purchased multiple PlayPasses over the past year because my child never gets tired of it—and truthfully, neither do I. The space is always clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore, climb, slide, and just be kids. The staff are consistently friendly, patient, and attentive, which makes such a difference when you’re wrangling a toddler. I also love that it feels like a real community—after a few visits, you start recognizing other parents and kids, and it becomes this familiar, welcoming space where everyone’s just trying to give their kids a fun, healthy outlet. On rainy days, hot days, or honestly any day I need to burn off toddler energy, PlayCity is our go-to. The PlayPasses are totally worth it—they make visits easy and affordable, and I love knowing I can drop in whenever we need a change of scenery. Highly recommend for parents of little ones in the South Bay area—it’s been a year of happy memories, and we’ll definitely be renewing our PlayPass again!
